Detailed Review Of The App DivCal: Dividend Calendar

Know exactly when your dividends land — and how much actually reaches your account.

DivCal is a dividend calendar and dividend tracker built from a different source: company press releases and SEC filings. When a company declares its dividend, the pay date, ex-date and amount go straight onto your calendar — often before they show up on market data sites.

◆ THE CALENDAR IS FREE — ALL OF IT

Every payer, every pay date, every ex-dividend deadline — free to browse, no account needed:

• Upcoming dividends grouped by pay date
• Ex-dividend deadline flags — own the stock by its ex-date, or the payment isn't yours
• Search any ticker or company in seconds
• US-listed filter, preferred shares and funds labeled

Premium never locks the market data — it only unlocks your personal tracker at full size.

◆ WHY DIVCAL IS DIFFERENT

Most dividend apps buy the same recycled market data. DivCal reads dividend facts directly from each company's own announcement:

• Pay date, ex-date, and amount per share — from the source
• Updated several times a day, every day
• One tap to the original announcement, so you can check the declaration history yourself

◆ TRACK YOUR DIVIDEND INCOME

Add your stocks and the tracker turns declarations into a monthly paycheck view:

• Month-by-month dividend income from your actual shares
• After withholding tax at the rate for the country you're taxed in
• Next payment and amount for every holding in your portfolio
• 12-month total at a glance (Premium)

◆ NEVER MISS AN EX-DIVIDEND DATE

• Ex-date reminder the day before the deadline, so you never miss a payment you could have caught
• Payday alert: know the moment a dividend from your holdings lands

◆ TELL IT WHERE YOU'RE TAXED

Pick your country once at setup and the whole app adjusts:

• Withholding set from the treaty rate — India 25%, Japan 10%, Korea, Germany, the UK and Canada 15%, US 0%, or a rate you set yourself
• The filing duties that come with it, with a countdown: Schedule FA and the ITR in India, the ₩20m threshold in Korea, the foreign tax credit in Japan, the Sparer-Pauschbetrag in Germany, the dividend allowance in the UK, Form T1135 in Canada, 1099-DIV season in the US
• DivCal never tells you what to pay. It tells you what you must not forget, and by when

◆ NO ACCOUNT. NOTHING UPLOADED.

No brokerage login. No sign-up. No password. Your portfolio stays on your device — nothing is uploaded, ever.

◆ HOME WIDGET

Your next dividend payment — ticker, amount after tax, and date — right on your home screen.

◆ FREE vs PREMIUM, IN PLAIN WORDS

Free: the full dividend calendar with ads, 3 holdings in the tracker, 2 months of dividend salary.
Premium: unlimited holdings, all 12 months, no ads.
The free tier stays free — features do not move behind the paywall later.

◆ HONEST BY DESIGN

• Every number links back to the company's own announcement
• Estimates only — actual tax depends on your account and treaty
• An information tool, not investment advice

Available in English, Korean, Japanese and German. Your country and your language are set separately.

If you live off dividend stocks — or plan to — DivCal shows you the one thing that matters: when the money actually arrives.
Dividend tracker & calendar. Pay dates & ex-dates from the source. No account.

What’s new

Estimated payouts — see the whole year, not just what has been declared.

• Every ticker now shows its next payouts, projected from that company's own payout history
• Estimates are always marked and never mixed in with declarations
• An estimate carries no ex-date — that day only exists once the board declares it
• Payday alerts stay declaration-only
• Prefer declarations only? Switch estimates off in Settings
